1. A member of our team will review your enquiry
2. You will receive a call from one of our experts on the number provided. On this call they will verify the details you provided and gather some additional information necessary to proceed with your application (5 minutes).
3. An email will be sent for you to complete our client details form (2 minutes). A link to a secure portal will allow you to upload any documents that have been requested by your new account manager.
4. Once all requested information is provided we will go out to the lenders we know will be most suitable for your requirements and obtain formal offers (2-24 hours).
5. Your account manager will email you with the offers, guide you through next steps and answer any questions you may have. You are under no obligation to take any of the offers we present to you.
